Plan 999 – Up to 100mbps

Plan 1,199 – Up to 200mbps

Plan 1,499 – Up to 300mbps

Plan 1,999 – Up to 400mbps

Plan 2,499 – Up to 500mbps


 If we are unable to meet the guaranteed service levels as stipulated in your application form, a termination request will be accommodated if you are:

  1. Active Subscriber for more than 6 months, 1 pending bill will be charged.
  2. Active/inactive Subscriber for less than 6 months, a termination fee and 1 pending bill will be charged.


Fiber Plans

100mbps – 8 allowable devices

200mbps – 10 allowable devices

300mbps – 15 allowable devices

400mbps – 20 allowable devices

500mbps – 21 above


 Once you subscribe to a higher plan, a downgrade may only be done after6 months of subscription and with a minimal fee. However, upgrading is FREE and can avail anytime.

2. Select “Bill Checking”

3. Search your Account Number

4. Select your desired Payment method

5. Fill-out payment account information, review, and confirm

6. Download or Save Digital confirmation receipt for future references.

 We send billing statements/invoices through SMS.

You can also view view your Billing Statement through our website https://netfactoryict.net/

Hard copies of the billing statement may be provided by the NetFactory office for walk-in customers.
